Monday Rise and Shine
In this class, we will use breath practices and a fusion of Hatha/Vinyasa and Yin Yoga to stretch and warm our bodies to feel energized and ready for the week. This practice is perfect for yogis of all bodies wherever they are in their practice. This class is most suitable for yogis over 16 years of age. Props and adaptations are offered and encouraged.

Chair Yoga
This class is designed to be done from a chair or standing using the chair as a support. We will move through a series of poses to help bring increased flexibility to the body, strengthen balance, and bring a sense of ease and well being to the mind.
This class is being offered at the Aging Up Center 717 N. Nelson Avenue, Wilmington, Ohio
Drop ins are always welcome. Suggested $5.00 donation for the class.

Rooted Slow Flow
A creative, gentle flow designed to balance the mind and body with controlled movements,
breath awareness, and guided relaxation. This class is geared specifically for those new to yoga
or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences
to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance,
and flexibility. Slowing down provides an opportunity to relax the nervous system, open the
body, and provides space to tune inward. Explore your edge while feeling relaxed and
renewed. This class is appropriate for all ages, shape or size. No experience or flexibility required.

Transformational (Gentle) Yoga
Each week we will explore a new theme in class to compliment our yoga session. The topics will be focused on creating an awareness of your physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional body and how to begin to optimize your system to live a happier, healthier life. Some topics may include the chakra system, yoga philosophy, working with the five elements , and vibrational healing, During class you can expect a 15-20 minute introduction and discussion on a particular topic. From there you can expect instruction on simple breathing techniques, movement exercises from various yoga styles, and the practice of relaxation techniques. The class is designed to help you cultivate an awareness of your entire self (phyically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually) and to provide you with practical tools to help you reduce stress. This class is most suitable for yogis ages 16 and older.

Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini yoga is a powerful practice that opens your heart, builds strength in your nervous system, and detoxifies and balances the energy centers of your body to help you relase mental and physical blocks. You can expect to learn and use powerful breathing techniques, purposeful movement, mantra, meditation, and to relax with a vibrational gong bath. Some exercises may be challenging, however modifications will always be offered. Listening to the wisdom of your body is always encouraged. This class is most suitable for yogis ages 16 and older.

Inner Radiance Yoga

Inner Radiance Yoga Stretch and Breathe is a gentle beginner friendly yoga class designed to facilitate a connection to the mind through the body and breath. In this class, we will move gently through a series of postures accessible to all bodies while taking the time in each pose to connect to the depth of our breath. We will create spaciousness in our bodies while quieting the mind. This class is wonderful for anyone new to yoga as well as anyone looking to deepen into their existing practice. Postures will be broken down in a way that allows you to explore the pose the way your body wishes to be in it and gives space to allow the connection to breath in an easeful way. We will also explore a variety of topics in each class that will allow you to cultivate mindfulness in your everyday day life.

Yoga for Desk People (ONLINE ONLY)
A half hour of gentle stretches, movements, breath work and meditation that can be practiced completely seated. This class is for everyone. All you need is a chair. Can even be your desk chair!

Embodied Flow
Start your Weekend with this energizing refreshing flow. Embodied flow is a slow Vinyasa flow class accessible to all bodies. This class will feature a series of dynamic postures one flowing into the next, with a heavy emphasis on connecting breath and movement, to embody a moving meditation. Some intermediate poses will be incorporated with options and modifications for all levels. Mindful movement, Breathwork, and Guided Meditation will be utilized to energize the body and quiet the mind.
