Julie Campbell is an RYT500 who has been a practicing yogi on and off for over 20

years and a yoga and meditation guide for the last 4 years, having graduated from

her first Yoga Teacher Training in 2020. Julie was originally led to yoga to heal

chronic back and hip pain. Julie would come and go from her practice on and off for

many years until she was brought back to her mat during a period of grief. She found

deep healing in the mind-body connections experienced in a yoga practice. Julie

continued her practice both at home and with her beloved local studio. It was during

this time that Julie found yoga to be a wonderful support for a healthy pregnancy

and delivery. She later discovered deep healing through her practice while

experiencing Post-Partum Depression and Anxiety.

In 2020, during the pandemic, Julie found her way to Yoga Teacher Training with

Yoga Farm Ithaca. She was inspired to share the deeply healing methods of yoga with

other people. She also became passionate about showing that ANYONE could

experience healing through yoga regardless of their body type, age, or socio-

economic background. Julie also found joy in teaching yoga to her daughter and

watching her daughter develop a love for the practice by the tender age of 6.

Julie has over 1000 hours of yoga teacher training and is versed in Hatha/Vinyasa

yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Chair Yoga, and QiGong. Julie is a Certified Kundalini Rebirthing

Facilitator, helping people unlock and release trauma from their bodies. She is

experienced in teaching yoga to people of all body types from ages 3-70+.

Julie has a deep passion for helping people connect with their bodies to heal from

grief, trauma, and the stresses of modern life. She has great love for animals, nature,

and the Moon. She loves exploring the ways that humans connect to the cycles of

nature and the Moon. She is a self-taught herbalist who loves foraging and

discovering wild herbs and learning about the ways nature can be medicine.

Jennifer’s has been practicing yoga for 6+ years after booking an Arial Yoga class with a group of co-workers for a team building event. She was instantly hooked. The guided meditation at the end of class had her feeling more relaxed than she had in years. She began taking Arial classes regularly, and after purchasing a monthly membership, began exploring other types of yoga offered by her studio. It became clear very quickly that she had found something that would change the trajectory of her life. She began to notice that her anxiety levels were dropping, her pain levels were dropping, and she felt more in control of her emotions as she navigated a new career and being the parent of a teen.

Yoga was missing link between her spiritual life and physical body and it was the key to her success with meditation, and the doorway to healing.

Her passion and love for Yoga only grew through the years and gave her the confidence to start holding Women’s Circles within a group of my friends and acquaintances that deepened her spiritual practice and expanded all of her relationships, including the relationship with herself.

During The Covid Shut down, Jennifer stayed active by streaming Yoga classes from her studio and found peace on her mat. It was then that she knew she needed to share this practice. In the fall of 2020 she made the decision to sign up for a 200 RYT through White Lotus hOMe  hosted by Kim Dawes at Grace Tree Studio. She received her 200 RYT in April of 2021, and has been sharing the gifts she received through this life-changing practice.

Jennifer believes Yoga should be accessible to all walks of life, ages, genders, bodies and ability levels, and is looking forward to finding new ways to share an ancient healing practice with folks who may have never been exposed to Yoga.

Tammy Reed RYT200 first began the physical practice of yoga in 2001.   In 2011 she began a daily personal practice and believes it is this commitment that has allowed her to find her center again and again in the midst of changes and challenges in her outside world.   Tammy believes deeply in the power of movement, sound , meditation , mantra, and breath work to create subtle change throughout our bodies.  Over time, these changes begin to create an an inner environment which is  capable of turning difficulties and challenges in our lives into energy which can be used to create postive changes.    It is Tammy's passion to share what she has learned through her own journey with you.  In her classes, she weaves together her trainings in Yoga, Sound Healing,  and Reiki with her life experiences to give you an experience which allows you to feel the shift which can happen while using these practices.

After spending 15 years in the professional wrestling business, I had to step away because of a career ending brain and spinal cord injury.

I was at rock bottom after being forced to leave my dream career. I was having trouble standing for more than 5 or 10 minutes at a time without being in terrible pain. I had numbness and burning nerve pain so bad I could barely stand it. I didn't know what to do.

Luckily a fellow wrestler, who had the connection put me in contact with DDP. Without hesitation he set up a call between us and got me set up with the DDPY app. Nothing changed overnight, but with repetition, trial and error, and a lot of sweat, I started to lengthen my spine and strengthen the surrounding muscles. Today, I can move much more freely. I'm more flexible than ever and I'm at a healthy weight.

I owe DDP so much for helping me live a better life. I want to pay it forward. I hope to see you in class. .
